Trozo de Oso is a seasonal pop-up restaurant located in Sa Riera, Begur, on the Costa Brava. Open only during the summer months, the project blends playful Mediterranean cuisine, music, and community in a unique seaside setting. Its identity is defined by a relaxed, modern, and slightly alternative spirit, aimed at young, culturally curious audiences.
            Since the launch in June 2025, I’ve been responsible for translating and activating this identity across digital platforms. Working closely with the founders, I manage the day-to-day visual communication of the project — from social media strategy and content creation to copywriting and visual storytelling.

 My role also involves developing the tone of voice, curating imagery, and producing multimedia content such as reels, photography, and videos that reflect the playful and ephemeral nature of the restaurant.
                Throughout the summer, I’ve created content that highlights both the dishes and the unique experiences at Trozo de Oso — from teaser posts and playlist curation to behind-the-scenes footage of the team and seasonal events. Beyond content creation, I oversee community engagement on Instagram, helping build an authentic and consistent online presence while maintaining the restaurant’s distinctive voice and atmosphere.
